If you have any technical problem running StatsDirect then please first try the following:

  1. Make sure that you are logged onto your computer with Administrator privileges; if you are attached to a network then please ask your network manager about this.
  2. Uninstall StatsDirect using the Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features option in Windows Control Panel.
  3. Go to the download page and then download the installation file called StatsDirectSetup.exe and save this to a local folder.
  4. Run this file to (re-)install the software.
  5. If the problem persists then please install the latest updates for your version of Windows.
